Return & Cancellation Policy

Every custom pet portrait is hand-drawn with care, crafted uniquely for you and your beloved pet.

You may cancel your order and receive a full refund any time before we start creating your artwork and send over the first draft preview.

Once the draft is shared with you, we have spent much time and effort on your exclusive piece, so we can no longer accept cancellations or full refunds.

To make sure you love the final work, we provide unlimited free revisions to adjust details, colors and styles until you are fully satisfied.

In the rare case that your physical artwork gets damaged during delivery, please contact us with clear photos within 7 days. We will create a new piece for you free of charge.

As each artwork is fully personalized and handmade, we are unable to accept returns or refunds due to a change of mind after delivery. Thank you for your kind understanding.
