All custom hand-drawn pet portraits are carefully handmade personally for every single order.
We work 7 days a week, there will be no extra delays on weekends.

Digital custom portraits will be completed within 2–3 days.
Handmade physical artworks will be finished within 5–10 days.

Rush order service is available anytime.
If you need your artwork ready sooner than our standard timeline, please feel free to message us directly after placing your order. We will always try our absolute best to speed up and shorten the lead time for you.

During the drawing process, we will send you a free draft preview for your review. Unlimited revisions are included to adjust all details, until you are 100% happy with the final artwork.

We offer worldwide tracked shipping to almost all countries.
Standard international shipping usually takes 7–18 days to arrive, depending on your exact location.
A full tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your order is shipped, so you can follow your package at any time.

Please note: Buyers are responsible for any local import taxes or customs duties that may apply in your country. We are not liable for customs clearance delays.

If your package arrives damaged or is confirmed lost in transit, please contact us right away with clear photos as proof. We will resolve the issue quickly, with a free remake or full refund.
